A	Andrea A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved into these units on December 30, 2020. Our experience has been AMAZING. Stacey was extremely friendly and helpful when we were looking at the unit. She made it super easy to apply and did everything that we needed to ensure our move-in went smooth. Whenever we have a question, concern or issue, we just email Stacey and she is extremely quick at responding and also gives you solutions right away. She is very nice to deal with and we are very happy that we decided to move into this property.

It's the perfect size for us, it's well maintained and it's affordable for a single mother like me. Our move in was pleasant and I just couldn't believe how spotless it was when we moved in! I had no cleaning to do whatsoever! Stacey Gordon is amazing to work with and she answered my questions right away and went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met promptly. My building is quiet and the tenants are respectful of eachother. I'm so grateful to be living here. It takes such a load off my shoulders. ?

The management do a great job of keeping things tidy and looking nice outside. And I love the flowers at the entrances. (Thank you) I can see that there is a definite effort in keeping the buildings up. Michelle and Stacey are great to deal with and very helpful. Very happy I moved here!

We have been here almost a year and have enjoyed it enough that we will be renewing our lease and have recommended it to family as they are relocating. The ladies in the office, Kaley and Zana are efficient and friendly as well as the maintenance & custodial team have been prompt and personable.

From our initial experience moving in with Michelle, who is an outstanding professional in this industry and has continued on with our experience with the new manager Zana who has always been thoughtful and kind. We always have our concerns or needs addressed thoughtfully and thoroughly. I fee like everyone has extra stress now with so many people short staffed and many doing the job of two or three people. Personally I’d like to thank Zana and the on-site maintenance for all their hard work during this time and can say I think the new upgrades look wonderful (and it only smelled of paint a little out of one day) I would recommend this wonderful place and it’s wonderful people. A	Aaron Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find that the management here including the regional manager are not professional. I really wish that I could give a negative rating. I have had multiple service requests that have taken 3 weeks or more to be resolved. I also have a few that have never been resolved. Cold air leeks into the apartment from the range hood. After getting a call from Michelle the regional manager, to whom was trying to placate me, I had received a warning for misconduct. However inside the warning that wasn't signed, I received personal and private information of other tenants but not just for my building but for other buildings as well. Parking lot is not maintained properly, snow isn't cleared, parking lot is very slippery. When I ask staff about the condition of the parking lot and when will it be cleared or sanded or graveled, I was told that they have a company that does this and they will be here sometime this month. Apparently it is normal for an oven to take 30 mins or more to preheat to 350°F. When the power went out I couldn't get into my apartment until another person came out the main entrance. I would highly recommend to not look at broadstreet to rent from. I have called multiple times about the unit upstairs, because I keep on getting woken up at 1:30 in the morning, 2:30 in the morning, 3:30 in the morning, I cannot even begin to understand how this is still happening. Management appears to not care about people sleep, or quality of life.

I have had to get the maintenance team in to take care of a few minor issues but from the time I notify them until it is fixed has never been longer than three days. I’m constantly impressed with how clean inside and out the building is and they are constantly doing improvements and upkeep such as replacing the light fixtures in the hall and retiling the floors in the lobby and elevator. The office staff are friendly and have been so helpful whenever I needed assistance. I am across from a building that is not a Broadstreet building and if I lived there I would be concerned with some of the tenants’ mess on their balcony. One in particular looks like a safety hazard with old furniture and so much cardboard piled up. Broadstreet would never let that happen here. I definitely feel safe and secure living here and am so happy to be living here.
