C	Claudette TheLuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most comfortable living space that me and my mom rented. The light, the fresh air coming threw. So close to everything, walking distance. The management is awesome to deal with. If you want an apartment to call home and really feel home, Skyline Living is the excellent place for you. I am home. It's going on 2 years, and had to sign in for another 2 years. I really feel home here. Safe, Quiet, Beautiful. Ya like every apartments, some things to fix and organize other ways, But above all, they are so understanding of YOU.

We had a small issue with our unit, sent an email about it and someone was over within a day or so to fix it. The units are very quiet, we cannot hear our neighbors. When the windows are closed we cannot hear outside noises. Would absolutely recommend!

Richard is very professional and pleasant to deal with. He makes the process a breeze. I have lived in the building now for a few months with my children which are with me 50% of the time. Being a new building, I have to say the condition of the building and the finishings are great. The added amenities, including in-suite laundry, underground parking and an exercise room with 24 hr access make this a great find. Being a family friendly / pet friendly building makes for a pleasant environment. My kids love running into people who are taking their dogs out for a walk. Having never been on the SE side of the city, it was nice to find a that we are walking distance to grocery / drug stores, as well as many other amenities including walking trails and playgrounds for the kids.

Prior to us going for our appointment, our 4 friends living there have said soo many great things about living there. So on Sunday i filled an enquiry form and within hours Tiara got back to us to schedule a viewing for today at 9am. And at 9am prompt she was ready for us and we finished the viewing with minutes. We loved it and signed up immediately. She finished our paperwork too in no time. We left today very satisfied with the service we got from Tiara. She is really good at what she does.plus she gave us $200 discount. The rent we finally got is the best out there compared to what we pay at Boardwalk.

When we moved in only part of building 2 was open and construction was ongoing. Richard made the move in for us very smooth and any issues we had where quickly dealt with through Richard. We can honestly say that Richard has been outstanding working with the tenants, with out him I am not sure it would have been as smooth. The workmanship in the building is excellent, you can see that it was done right the first time, we love our unit and would like to thank Richard for helping us choose it. We would definitely recommend Portifino Suites as your next home.

Richard spent a considerable amount of time with us prior to moving in as we were downsizing from a house and had numerous questions and concerns. He was patient and very helpful. Our suite is well appointed with good quality fixtures. The move-in process was seamless. Dennis was great, spending considerable time with us in our initial walk through. There were a few minor deficiencies which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lisa and her team. We are extremely happy with our apartment suite. It is quiet and very comfortable. Richard, the leasing manager, is incredible. He works so much but always finds the time to be so kind and helpful and to give you his full attention. He was a huge part of our experience when shopping for a place to live. The suite itself is lovely. We feel so at home here and we are so lucky to have an apartment with reliable appliances and utilities! If we ever have a problem the management is quick to help us. Our patio is also lovely - a wonderful place for us to hang out in the summertime. We are so thankful to live here and couldn't imagine a more perfect apartment! Thank you Portofino for providing us with the most lovely home!
