A	Am S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorraine helped us with the immunisations. She was awesome, very professional and helpful. Front desk and other staff provided fast and efficient service. We had appt at 7:00 pm and everything was on time. We enjoyed our visit at Rutherford Health CEntre. Thanks for all the help.
M	Meg R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The (younger) receptionists are very unprofessional — like something from a movie where they blatantly ignore you and continue discussing their weekend plans. The nurses are okay: friendly and get the job done but nothing over the top to rave about. My biggest complaint is the reception area. If you’re the first face a client/customer sees, you should exercise far more professionalism and tact when addressing the public.
S	Sundas Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff, we did our due diligence and wore masks and sanitized our hands however the staff working there were too busy discussing dates and cooking recipes to sanitize the areas where the parents were designated to change their kids diapers, to be weighed, measured etc. One parent after another used the area with no cleaning, sterilizing nothing in between. When we requested that we both go in with our son for his multiple needles we were told no. However, the caucasian couple were allowed to go in with their child together, no restrictions. However myself (clearly of color) and my husband who is black were told we were not allowed to go in with our son together even though we wore masks and complied with all safety measures. If you are of color just a heads up you will be treated worse because of the color of your skin.
C	Chris M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is nice and friendly. the problem is with the front desk lady particuraly the blonde one, i sat there for one hour and half waiting for my appointment and she knew because i greeted her and told her i had an appointment she saw it in the system, and told me to sit and wait that there were so many people before me and she knew i had an appointment not walk-in......when i went back after one hour the other nurse realised the error and rushed me in. After she did not even appologize but kept the condescending tone.

Nope I am not going although you guys are close to my place. I went to millwoods one oh awesome nurse and receptionist. I ll go back their only. Thanks guys for your comments really helps first time parents.
S	Simon Collier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been a few times now for regular weigh-ins and immunisations for our daughter. We've never waited long, we've always found the place clean, and I've been consistently impressed with how quickly and carefully they work. They gave us tips on how to hold our daughter while she was being immunised, and answered all of our general health questions. Since the pandemic started they've let us know that only one parent can go in at a time, which is a shame but is completely understandable. Very welcoming and supportive.

After the lady finally answered my call she took another 5 minutes to look at the schedule and had no idea what she was doing. After I confronted her she told me they were looking to book in November. Then she tells me December 1st is my appt. I called Millwoods immunization and got the appointment 5 days from now. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
