★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to this location in October 2020 after having a few consultations with a young lady by the name of Linda Miller who was extremely helpful in helping me make the decision by providing several videos of suites as I was initially not allowed in the building because of Covid 19. Those restrictions were eventually lifted i came into the building and made the decisions what suite suited my needs.
Since that time have not regretted my decision, having found the staff to be very caring and helpful in their jobs, the food served in the dining room is quite good and here again the servers are polite , and the service is good.
The building is in good repair, clean, the location is very good, just north of a man made lake with shopping just across the street.
Anyone in the market for a retirement home, i would recemmend Chartwell Heritage Valley

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother became a member of the Chartwell Heritage Valley family a few months ago. I use the word family, because that is how this place feels. They have thought of EVERYTHING to keep residents safe and happy and entertained and the only appropriate word to describe the staff is 'angels.' The care, love, attention and concern staff display to residents AND their families is truly remarkable. I have so much faith and trust in the staff, as displayed by a medical emergency my mother recently had that was calmly and expertly handled, very quickly! 5 GOLD stars is not enough to reflect how I feel about this place. Thank you to all the angels who care for my dear mother and to those who sanitize and prepare her delicious and balanced meals. You are all so very appreciated and respected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working at Heritage Valley for 3 years now and I can honestly say it is the best place I have ever worked. I see the whole team here as very caring and compassionate. The management will never ask you to do anything they aren't willing to do themselves. Through the challenges of the pandemic it was very apparent that the safety of our residents and staff came first. Even through these struggling times the atmosphere has been very warm and caring. If I had to make the choice of placing a loved one in this type of environment I wouldn't hesitate at choosing Heritage valley.

The management is very kind and understanding. And the cute little interactions with the residents here always make my day!

We are truly blessed to have such dedicated staff. I am a manager and have never worked for a better company or GM. I love my job & Chartwell Heritage Valley!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of helping quite a few clients moving to Chartwell. When I visit them after they move in, they are proud to show me their new homes and they rave about the friendly people who live and work there. I see the stress while they make the decision and I see the stress dissolve after the move is complete. It's odd to me that most of the women make the decision to go to Chartwell because they are tired of cooking.... they make a big deal of the freedom this gives them and they always appreciate the tasty meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked at Chartwell Heritage Valley as a paid volunteer. The entire staff showed incredible commitment to the residents in regard to their well being and safety. I got to know many residents, who genuinely enjoyed living at Heritage Valley. The residence has a warm and welcoming vibe and I highly recommend it to anyone looking at retirement living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been employed with Chartwell, Heritage Valley for only 3 weeks now but I can personally attest that the organization honors' it's values and commitment to 'making people's lives better'. Our staff, our residents, our visitors, from the moment you walk through the front door you are overwhelmed with smiles, laughter, conversation, compassion, natural light, modern décor, comfortable amenities', all with a gorgeous natural setting backdrop. I would highly recommend Chartwell, Heritage Valley to anyone who is considering retirement living.
