★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good location, however buildings are poorly made, low quality materials,,safe area, not too much crime going on as far as i know..superstore and shoppers drug mart, walking distance..new hospital is being build..good part of town to live in..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building ever. On-site manager useless, management company worse. Noisy, loud, rude, pathetic owners and neighbors. Wood building so no soundproofing. I'd give it no stars if I could. My advice, don't rent or buy here!
