A	Anne Talley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trina manages several properties at once and even still; when I text with any issue or need help with something-within the hour she responds and finds a way to rectify the situation!. I’ve never lived anywhere where landlords are so accommodating! I could never live anywhere else! My current situation is such that my health has continually declined and my doctor has put me back onto medical leave. I called and texted Trina and she responded within a couple hours to address my concern regarding rent and the schedule being delayed due to EI. benefits. I very much appreciate everyone's support during this difficult year and I am more than impressed with how Trina handled the disruptive tenants and noise complaints his past summer!! I couldn’t ask for a better property manager or building!
M	Meghan Lothian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing this review, at the end of my lease, 1 year later. (End of lease-) Overall living at the James is similar to any other appartment. Youre at the mercy of your neighbors behavior and its unfair to rate the building poorly just because your neighbors dont respect anyone. One year later, still 5 stars. Management company does their best to stay on top of complaints and issues, including dealing with the mess the tennants leave outside. Rent is fair, Management is fair, and if you have to do a walk out inspection I hope you get Sourabh. Hes kind, compassionate and fair and makes the experience a positive one! (Beginning of lease) moving into these apartments in a little over 2 weeks and I couldnt be more excited. The building and the suites are beautiful, the rent is fair, and Rebecca has been AMAZING to work with as far as scheduling viewings etc in a pandemic and answering all of my questions. She even let me come back a second time with my daughter so I could show her the suite I picked for us! Cant wait to move!
D	Dylan Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this place for a whole 4 days before my car was broken into in the underground parking and sadly there is nothing that they can do for you as they offer 0 security you would think parking in the undergound would be a safer option than parking in outside but not at this place seeming how only 4 days after movng in my car was broken into with the theif running off with my license all my cards my work keys and my winter jacket. I would never recomend this place to anyone who values there property and doesnt want it to get stolen or have there car broken into.

However the building itself with the tenants is where I have the issue, people are very disrespectful, garbages left in hallways and stairwells, grocery carts left in hallways constantly, people are continually breaking the garbage room lock, side door to my building is always broken therefore you cannot enter from the side and you have to go to the front of building. Tons of theft in the underground parking, ZERO security in this building. There are NO cameras anywhere! The ones they have do not work. There’s no fob needed to enter the building from the parkade. Hopefully they can fix these issues because the staff is very helpful and quick with resolving issues.

From viewing the apartment for the first time, to the application process, and finally the move in, every step of the process was explained clearly and the staff were awesome. Im enjoying my new home and happy that I chose this location and apartment. Management has been excellent with communication when any questions or issues arise, Trina and Tanya have resolved them right away. I thought moving during the holiday season was going to be dreadful but it turned out to be the easiest move Ive ever done!
