Being an older building it does have chronic issues but the friendly and out going staff do their best to offset this. Otherwise this would not be a good place to live and it is. The recent instalment of Ms Liang has been the best, in my opinion, move on managements part. When she says, "it matters to us." I feel she means "it matters to me." This level of caring is awesome so don’t lose her she is a gem. I found out there are four or five different apartment layouts within the separate buildings which makes this apartment complex very unique. I’m in a spit level and work from home so at some level I can find the quiet I need to work. The LRT is coming through so it will be interesting how that will affect the area and our homes. Keep us the good work Weidner.

S	Sarah Panta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s our Sweet home. This place is friendly for kids and family. My kids they got friends and feel happy to play backyard. Perfect for school, work and transit. Also New Residential management team are excellent .

I love this place its quite & safe, early in the morning you can hear the birds singing on the trees in the backyard. It's nice & great place to live. Staff are friendly, professional & responsive.

The new coordinator via Lakewood heights has been industrious in going extra mile to help clean the environment and keep the neighborhood at peace. She has proven all doubt that the new management can take on the difficult tasks ahead example illuminating the corridors with more light and getting ride of cigarette buds. Iman Simply hard working

I love the stars late at night. Oh they are so bright. Even the SATELLITES. I love the plants I grew from seeds and put on the deck. Never done it before. Oh what the heck. The plants love the sun that shine on them almost everyday. THEY WILL BRING FLOWERS SOON. THEY DO SAY! FLO AND RANDY. A few issues but overall a good place to live. Need a screen door badly. We are allergic to bees. Been over 2 years now.
L	Lester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new Community Director Steven is doing a great job in making sure the community is safe and up to the expectations of the tenants including us. We felt much safer now and valued by the management because of being responsive to our requests. I will highly recommend this apartment to everyone aside from excellent location, the whole community is safe. Hopefully Steven will stay as our director for more years :)

Only reason I couldn't give five stars is because the heating is pretty tricky, and the wiring isn't the greatest, but other than that, a beautiful place to live. If I could, I would give four and a half stars...very minor issues.... :)
