Schyster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased classroom and pool course here like three years ago now and the classroom portion was good but the pool instructors especially the female (lots of tattoos) were really impatient with her students to the point where it felt like we were bothering her with our mistakes and questions. It got to the point where I had another student turn to me and say “what’s her problem” The whole experienced turned me off of scuba diving and I have never been back. The instructor could of been having a bad week or they have new ones now, but buyer beware.

Great customer service to understand my needs and recommend gear that is appropriate for the diving I want to use it for now and going forward. And fun conversations about diving too!!
J	Joanne Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed the "Fish I.D." course online via Zoom with Grace at Water Sports Scuba, and it was great! Grace is a biologist, and certainly knows what she's talking about. She is an enthusiastic instructor, and knows how to make the class enjoyable as well as informative. We have done a lot of diving over the years in various parts of the world, and yet we still learned a lot from Grace. She is also happy to answer any questions that come up. We just recently discovered Water Sports Scuba, and we plan on checking out their shop once the pandemic is over. We also intend to check out the dive trips they plan on doing once travel restrictions are lifted. From what we've seen, it looks like the team at Water Sports Scuba (including Grace), will be a great group to go diving with. Thank you Grace, and Water Sports Scuba, for a fun and interesting course. PS: Since dive trips are on hold now due to the pandemic, check out the monthly online Trivia nights being put on by Water Sports Scuba! They are led by Grace...which means they are lots of fun, and you get to meet other members of the dive community. Not as exciting as actually diving, but a fun activity all the same!

A class with a content the most informative and interesting. Our instructor, Grace, masters her material and teaches it with conviction, adding concrete exemples, on top of sharing her experiences. We learned a lot from her and will definitely follow her path. A MUST for all divers and non-divers. Food for thought.

Paul was a superb teacher and dive store owner. He is very, very knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, patient and made the experience a delight. I highly recommend WaterSports and Paul!!!!

An institution that has trained generations of divers who keep coming back because of their fabulous talented knowledgeable and professional technicians, staff and instructors. Great choice of equipment to rent or buy which they can expertly maintain to extend its life and get your money's worth. Just came back from a group trip to Roatan organized by Watersports. Well organized great diving that was also terrific fun. Highly recommended way to meet wonderful like minded people of all ages.
M	M Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of renting from The Snorkel Store was how incredibly friendly and helpful the folks there were. Seriously, 11/10 Customer Service. Easy to check out online, easy to coordinate via text. I did some research and they also had the best deals for renting equipment on the island. They had a 2-for-1 deal, making it $150 total for snorkel kits (mask and fins), float belts and umbrellas and they also threw in a free boogie board. They had great tips and tricks and their daily snorkel reports made it easy to pick the right place to go snorkelling or just pick another activity for the day if the conditions weren't right. Definitely recommend :)

These guys train, certify, equipment fix, and lead awesome trips to dive areas all over the world. Their customers tend to be customers for life for a reason! I am always happy to go into the store and talk about courses, equipment, and tips to make diving more fun. If you want to get diving certified, re-certified, or push yourself to another level of diving, this team will help you achieve your goals safely and have a ton of fun at the same time.
