J	Jacquline Mikhail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My family had an awful experience with Wander Travel and their advisors. We were yelled at and argued with after we paid. (They were very nice before collecting our money) We were told the travel company would be getting our visas. One week before the departure date they called and said they couldn’t get our visas and we had to go to the embassy and pay extra for ‘rushed visas’ if we wanted a chance to travel. They constantly were changing what hotels we would be in and didn’t know which company would be handling the flights. After all was said and done, they unwillingly refunded two of our four trips leaving us out thousands of dollars. From the two trips that they did refund they also subtracted deposits and other fees so we received a refund of less than a third of what we paid in total. I highly recommend to stay far away from this travel agency if you want peace of mind while traveling. They are scammers and will say anything to get your money.

Once, the airline cancelled my flight for no reason leaving me stranded in a city where I couldn't stay and Lorena paid from her pocket for my new flight so I could get out of there while she fought with the original airline for the refund.

I was out of the country when the new require documentation came effective to enter Canada. She was the first one to contact us to let us know. I have to make some changes to my flight and she did it right on time and finding me the best fare option at the moment. She always goes far and beyond in her customer service. The experience of entering Canada was not much different other than to show your test results, download the ArriveCan app. There is no more paper to complete, the kiosks were upgraded and now you are able to answer all regular questions about goods bringing in plus the Covid ones. You need to quarantine and make sure you have a room and bathroom not shared with the rest of the household. Once here, the government and the Ministry of Health have been checking on us everyday. You also need to check in daily with the app.

She has been one of the most Professional and committed persons in the travel industry that I know. She goes out of her way doing that extra effort that brings a client to feel cared and safe. Wander Travel has been my personal travel agency and I do recommend 100% their services and advices about any trip for pleasure or business.

We booked my vacation in only one day, yet we did get the chance to discuss and refine a few options. She is very informed and trustworthy. Totally recommend.

I've been in Canada for more than 7 years and all my family is in Mexico. I've traveled a lot back and forth and Lorena has always gotten the best deals, the best flight options, and recently due to the pandemic we struggled with restrictions and others but Lorena kept me up-to-date, always with a good attitude and quick response.. She's simply the best!!

I have called them, left messages, you name it. ZERO RESPONSE, they don’t even answer. Lorena and Karla are the ones who booked this for me. Don’t book with them unless you want to get ghosted by them. Zero customer service. Definitely do not recommend this agency. I would give zero stars if I could.
