Bismillah Travels and Tours Canada

Booked my umrah package back in March 2020 which was cancelled by Bismillah travels because of covid19. We patiently waited until summer 2021 trusting this travel agency that they will provide fair solution soon but it looks like people have no humanity left not even they have fear of Allah that's why fearlessly betraying their own community people. I encourage all the affected people to raised their voices against this travel agency to get your hard earned money back! Updated comments: For the people who PM me regarding the reason of the comments is about lack of service I received in Umrah? so service started as soon as you paid someone for something but it's the height of disappointment when u paid and receive nothing in return! so that's my case with Bismillah Travel I paid them in full Jan 2020 for their services but since today I haven't received any single service from them. He is still holding my money and I am sure I am not alone in this. Lots of people already give up getting partial refunds but we are entitled for full refund if he thinks he can charge thousands of dollars as punishment as we booked Umrah from them so we deserve double the amount back as we worked harder to get our money back from him! unfortunately, he knows the fact that people have limited sources and he already covered himself for that circumstances that why he is fearless and arrogant by saying even if we demand our money in high court we will not be able to get that back but I just know that it's a test from Allah for him and for me as well but since my test involved money it's easier for me but it's harder for him since it's involved his Eman. I just know the fact that his business never prosper if he didn't give the deservants their money back. May Allah guide us all towards right path . Ameen I am sure he is reading these comments if you think any of my accusations is wrong please correct me as I always leave room for improvement!

It was my first time buying tickets from them and my last time. Bought tickets in December 2021. Gave my passport copies and they made a mistake in my baby's name. I mentioned to the agent who booked my ticket and He insisted that there's no issue and everything is all good. We had issues at the airport. We got late for our flights. We had to fight with the airline in order to board the plane. This agency is unprofessional. They are thieves. They lied. Whole staff don't know what there doing. I do not recommend them. Please go to another agency.

I booked umrah package with Nadia . It was my first time ever dealing with her . I have to mention the service she provided was extremely professional . She went above and beyond to make sure as a client I am satisfied as I was travelling with a 14 month old baby . Along with that MR. Tahir chaudhry provided exceptional customer service. He kept giving advise on a personal level how to travel with the baby as it was my first flight ever with my baby . I highly recommend Bismillah travels . You will never be disappointed. Excellent service!!!!

My wife and I recently went for Umrah & Pakistan via Bismillah Travels. Nadia G. coordinated all activities related to our trip. She is very pleasant and was always available to answer my questions. Transportation arrangements were excellent. Hotels were ok. Overall it was a good experience.

Very unpleasant experience, unprofessional, ripoff and ridiculously dishonest people. My brother bought a ticket from them, they called and informed him that the flight was canceled and next flight availability is unknown....he had an urgency to leave, he took another flight and left. He was told that the boss by the name Tahir will honor and either refund the money or the offer to travel is valid for one year. These people neither refunded the money nor are willing to honor the so called validity. Whenever tried to reach them, the "boss dude" is out !

I did umrah with my family last month. This was our best decision to chose bismillah travels for our umrah. starting from their office in Toronto till the end of our journey , everything done perfect.Tahir sahab and Miss Nadia are the best ? they arranged each and everything.I changed my routes lots of times but Nadia listened each time with patience and handled professionally. Tahir sahab was always available on calls from saudi arabia and ready to help out if there's any problem.Their team members at Makkah and Madina are also awesome. Haji sanaullah at Makkah was so helpful and nice. then qari sahab at madina was also very nice.Their transportation arrangements were speechless. The drivers were too good and nice. I will finish up my comments by this BISMILLAH TRAVELS ARE THE BEST!!!! I already told my friends and other family members to chose bismillah travels for their travels and umrah and I strongly recommend this travel agency to all the people who are looking forward to go for umrah or traveling. InshaAllah me and my family will perform hajj with bismillah travels and same team?
