★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cruise line issued credits for cancelled dates.
Called cruise line in June and was told credit was issued in May. Only to find out credit was issued to their credit card..not mine. Called and asked why they haven't credited my card. Was told it would be completed that day (june 29th) Now still waiting and NO credit. Staff will tell you what you want to hear with no results.
Do not recommend find a different agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Redtag has refused to offer us the same ability as other travel agencies in adjusting our booking. On top of that, they accidentally cancelled our booking once, acknowledged that they did, and rebooked it at a higher rate than the actual rate that was being offered that day. Their representatives have been rude and blatantly ignorant on the phone, specifically saying at one point "if you could get that through your head"
We spent hours on the phone on hold, to be told we had 20 minutes to make a decision on our booking, and told that the wait time is 25 minutes, and that if we chose to cancel and rebook our trip, that the prices could change during the time the company cancelled and rebooked the trip for us and that we would be subject to the discrepancies. This company is TERRIBLE. I also followed all the prompts on the Facebook message system and never received a reply. We have missed out on opportunities thanks to their horrible customer service and ridiculous "policies" that other travel agencies do not share. Stay away from redtag and associates such as cruises.ca as there are so many better options available.
