★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver of a mini van car number 401 who just picked us up from Pearson to drop us off at Ajax tonight (June 22nd) at approximately 9pm was absolutely rude. I will NEVER recommend or take this taxi service again and will ensure that I submit a bad review with every opportunity I get on the web. My husband asked this driver to make a quick stop at the bank. We had just gotten off a plane and didn't have enough cash on hand to pay him. The bank is located 2min away from our home and upon being asked to stop, he accused my husband of "playing games". He drove us to the bank and continued on his nasty rant and accusations. We had no choice but to take our luggage, along with 4 school aged boys and walk the rest of the way home in an effort to diffuse the bad situation this driver was creating. Not surprisingly, he didn't lift a finger to help me unload our luggage in the parking lot while my husband ran inside the bank to get his money. This drivers callous behaviour towards my family and extreme lack of knowledge in customer service will, without a doubt, discredit this taxi company due to negative feedback as long as he remains employed. One star is being generous as I would not even hesitate to choose zero if it were an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to make me feel bad for paying with card by saying he doesnt get paid til next week. Then started berating me for not bringing enough cash. Thought this might be an isolated experience, then when my girlfriend took a taxi with DRIVER 649 later in the day, the driver charged her extra for credit (my driver did not). When she brought this up, the driver told her she should have gotten in a different taxi then.
No wonder they needed to ban uber from this airport. The drivers seem to be consistently rude and without competition they have no reason to be otherwise. Wait for uberblack to be approved at Pearson.
