I called 5 different services, and Nick made the best impression, explained everything fully, and had a better car for a lower price that has everything inclusive. The ride was spectacular! Terry the driver was Awesome! Professional and friendly, arrived exactly on time and he was very curteous and explained all the gadgets and goodies in the limo and My daughter and her friends had a great time. Thank you Nick and Terry for everything! Best price I found in Toronto. I would recommend for any special occasion.

K	K J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst limo ride I've ever taken. Extremely unhappy with poor quality of experience, disrespect, and lack of safety. Driver argued when I asked him to put up his face mask, saying he was vaccinated. I said that was not sufficient with covid-19 especially with omicron variant. He mumbled something about my beliefs and then he raised his mask to cover only his mouth. I told him he also needed to cover his nose and he again resisted, complaining. I said I should not even have to ask him to comply, especially because there was no plastic barrier between the front and back of the car like many limos have and because we were in a confined space. He also drove distracted using his handset to take and receive several calls during our ride; one poor customer had called 4 times for someone to finally pick him up from the airport where he'd been waiting. When we arrived at the airport he asked me to pay considerably more than the fee quoted by the dispatcher when I booked the ride, saying I had to pay more if I wanted to use Visa to pay. Worst limo ride ever, stressful and disrespectful and not health or safety compliant.

He even gave one of the needy person food to eat while we took a short stop for coffee on the way. Its rare to see such an act of humanity let alone a decent customer service these day ! I would Highly recommend it to my friends!!!

The driver kept on bothering us that he is getting late and asked for $9 cash as he had to take highway 407 since we started on 3.29 instead of 3.20. I paid him $10 cash upon reaching the airport. I contacted AIRPORT VIP Limo via email, no response. Order number 120. Booking on March 7. Wouldn't book again.
