My first admiration that I must commend him on is his patience.
My husband had ALOT of questions and he took the time to ALWAYS ensure his concerns were addressed.
Cory took the time to guide us through the process step by step, listened to our needs and found exactly what we were looking for with no pressure. When he decided we wanted to shop outside the GTA he drove the distance with no hesitation. Thanks to McNaught Real Estate we just spent the first night in our new home.
Cory and his team comes highly recommended!

Before then, my family and I worked with several realtors to find the right place. None of them came close to the level of service we’ve received from Cory’s team.
Day 1 (during a weekend!) was mostly about to know each other as individuals and discuss the expectations of both sides and how we could work together to find the right place.
He also took the time to explain basic things that most realtors don’t care about, but are very important for a first time home buyer. This is what I value most; i..e.: taking the time to educate, share knowledge and personal experiences that help the buyer understand better the overall process. This was done without pressure/rush to buy anything.
In addition to the above, Cory is a hard worker who made himself available at impossible times. It felt like we had someone fighting to have the best outcomes for us, at all cost! The overall process was quick and pleasant.
I will definitely continue doing business with Cory and team for my real estate needs and will recommend his services to all my friends/family.

He took the time to answer our many questions and we found his knowledge relating to construction especially helpful. He's responsive, patient, and we never felt pressured. He even drove us in the middle of rainstorm within just a few hours notice to see a listing we really liked. He's also a firm negotiator with our best interest in mind. He made us feel like he was trying to find the right house for us, not just any house.
