★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have to pick up photos from there , they can never find them. And I get the complete run around. They ask if I received the pick up notice, ask for my name 2 or three times. Then they tell me they still can’t find them. It is not until I get annoyed and demand that they look again, that they miraculously find them.
Customer service needs improvement!!!!!
