Went here with my family for passport photo and the lady rejected us asking if we can come back after an hour i said no and she didn’t talk to me again she is unprofessional and obviously don’t want to do her job. I won’t come back here anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aida has been so helpful every time I come with my clients with cognitive impairment. She is patient with them as they pay for things and as I need to explain things to them about the cost at the till. She has given me helpful tips where to find things that we are shopping for and cannot find at Shoppers Drug Mart. I am happy to see her on duty when I bring my clients to do their errands! Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooo. I went across the river to get this, Werther's Original caramel candies. It's the ONLY place I can get Coffee flavour, not even in other Shoppers Drug Marts. We just got back from the US and I couldn't see any! I nearly hyperventilated today because I couldn't find it, only the sugar free variety. But then, someone had accidentally placed one of the other varieties in front, after I examined every little sign on the racks, and realized the mistake. Voila! AND - - I just had to buy 2 packs because THEY WERE ON SALE! Whoo Hoo!! Providential!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why I keep coming to the pharmacy at this store. It's like the phone doesn't even work. I was on hold for 30min when I was told it would only take a minute or so as there was 7 callers ahead of me. I mean 30 min. I called again took another 20min and then again 15 min. I am just trying to fill a prescription that my doctor faxed over. But even to talk to someone so I can have them send my prescription to another pharmacy is a task of It's own. I always always have to wait a long time to talk to anyone and today I have called, this is my 16th attempt to talk to anyone. Why does it take so long? Not using this pharmacy again. I hope they don't refuse to send my prescription over to another pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Shoppers Drug Mart ever. Ran in on my lunch break to grab some things. One item was headphones for work. They were locked and I had an armful of stuff. Spent 10 mins trying to find an associate. Eventually found one directing people to self checkouts (and no option for actual cashier!). Asked for assistance and she flat out ignored me. I waited for 10 mins and nothing. The self checkout lines were chaotic and no designated lines. People cutting in all over. I will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well after 19 months of dealing with this shoppers, two complaints to the college of pharmasists. Missing pills, meds screw ups, endless wait times and rude staff. I recieved a phone call about 2 hours ago asking where I'd like my RX sent. I questioned why they wanted me to leave and who ever called stated there is obviously a trust issue I have with them and it's better if I can trust my pharmacy! Well thats fine with me. I have nothing to say to them because they won't listen anyways. To me that's a red flag that instead of fixing the problems they have, instead they choose to be petty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this pharmacy when I moved to the area but I’m done with it now. First of all, I’m trans, and for some reason they have a huge issue with stocking any supplies related to transitioning (refuse to stock testosterone, and for some reason injection supplies??) It really turns me off. They also never answer their phone, I’ve had to get my doctor to re-fax prescriptions over and over again to them, they don’t fill meds on time, and now today they’re saying they don’t have my insurance on file when I’ve been going to them since October with no issues with insurance. The staff is also rude 90% of the time. Save the energy and don’t go here.
