★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a Caretaker named*** April** for these apartments, who had not picked up any call from 2 days. We are 3 people trying to reach her out every hours since last 2 days. We have left voicemails and emails, in hope to get a reply. The add says no email replies but I still sent it and tried if calls can not be returned emails might be(you never know).
Upon calling Sussex Management, they said they will reach out to caretaker supervisor, which she did, bravo for that. We received a call from April(caretaker) and she rudely said the apartment is no more available, we followed up with Sussex Management just after that again and they confirmed the apartment is still available and there was a new add the following day!!!!!
There no online documentation or something. Full on inconvenience. : (
This should be escalated.
The caretaker must be followed up. **April**(caretaker) ??????
Sussex ?????? Not sure if they can help out any sooner or later.
Probably would not recommend this place to anyone.
