★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place overall, great caretakers but the building itself is more than a little dated. 35+ years old appliances and windows/patio doors make for a drafty winter. This building has paid for itself 10x over and yet the owners saw fit to apply for, and get a rent increase in the middle of a pandemic. Real classy, hope they sleep well at night on their pile of money.
