★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacks professionalism!! I got haircut appointment on her instagram page for Aug 11 at 2pm. I scheduled my everything according to this appointment. I reached there 10 minutes early but still had to wait till 2.20 pm. Then after waiting i was told they have no booking for me(loudly and confidently). Then she said i will check and told me that i had appointment last week but i did not show up. i said i have instagram conversation that says aug 11. Then she asked me to wait for 40 minutes more if i want to get hair cut. She wasted my time. I went there on bus (travelled 1hour 15 minutes ). Confusions can happens but it seemed like she did not feel bad at all that she wasted someone’s time.

If I could give her 6 stars I would. She is the BEST.
