And very rude staff if you complaince any thing they will cut your call

If you have any problem they will give you little smile instead of solve it
I went in the office 4 times & same thing happened every time
Now my brother do everything regarding rent, cleaning, parking, pest control etc.
I don’t recommend anybody to live here because you will feel heavy insult in the office
One more thing my sister was pregnant and the elevator most of the time was not working so we had to use stairs
I was so so disappointed that time
They don’t give you polite warning they will give you a deadline to leave the apartment.
Such a wastage of money
My sister was in depression due to these office girls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behaviour and they cut call saying ‘Goodbye’ in between conversation.
Pest control came over ,told us to leave appartment (they checked and said everything is good).After 1 hr ,called us and told to reschedule for 125$.
We ,then called the manager she didn’t listen to us properly and cancelled the call ,not responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior and have lived at the Villagio for seven years and I would not want to live anywhere else. Great quiet suite and the maintenance service here is fantastic. The girls in the office are always willing to hear what you have to say. I have no plans of moving anywhere else. Five stars for the Villagio apts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maintenance is very poor. I complain every week about stove but it doesn’t fixed. once they fix it but after couple of days it starts troubling again.

? I'm sorry. I did get your feed back But as you indicated this is the NORM Why am I being discriminated about my CREDIT When I indicated 3 Incomes to accommodate how my rent will be paid. I lived in 1 place and paid 17yrs. Of rent and not missing 1 day. To people RENT Is above all The most Important Bill. my credit shouldn't be the Judge of Shelter over street Living. As of Yet if this is how it goes I have been turned down by 35 locations ? due to the same reason you JUDGED me. So SAD ? And too top it OFF I am a Senior ?
