K	Karn Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say they are the worst in property management systems, when I moved out just to takeover my security deposit they sent me letter of many unreasonable expenses and said after figuring out everything I gotta pay 925 bucks more top of my security deposit. Thieves are cutting your pockets open publicly

Very bad management ??and whenever you moveout from there they will NEVER return your security deposit ($670) even they CHARGE $1000 extra for cleaning , bla bla bla. I shampoo all CARPET , I cleaned all KITCHEN stuff with shampoo. Does not matter for them whatever you cleaned. At that time of moveout you have to pay $1000 extra expect security deposit.

The rent is too expensive for such an old apartment.4. They guys will charge you for pest control if you guys clean your appartment or not but still they will charge you this is serious shittt5. One more thing, they charge different to different people, some r paying 1150 for 2 bedrooms and some 1400

Pumbing problem 2 times a month and parking problem and Ac does not work properly even they provide just 1 ton AC for whole unit.whenever you moveout from there they will NEVER return security deposit ($670) even they CHARGE $800 extra for cleaning , bla bla bla. K	Komalpreet Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our lease recently ended at this appt complex. To our surprise, we are being billed for a new carpet due to "unacceptable" wear and tear. The wear and tear that we had is more than what they would "accept" - I guess this is where this becomes a semantics issue. Please be AWARE of the deceptive tactics and explanations/justifications used by this management to fleece you of your deposit. Their PLAN is to NOT RETURN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT and bill you for the whole carpet - how wonderful. They will definitely bill you for cleaning PS: when we moved in there, the carpet was NOT new. I guess this is how you do business! Very unfortunate situation when you blindside your tenants like that. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and do your research.

The new manager Sukh Gill is also very approachable, the maintenance department are all friendly even the cleaners. And what i like most is for 6years we never lost anything from deliveries like amazon etc if its in your front door it stays there even in a week and no body will take your package. Its also a very peaceful neighborhood, for 6years i never heard anybody fighting or anything that causes public scandal or threaten our security.

Very bad place to live in. AC, heat doesn’t work properly. Will shut off water supply once every month. Will not return your security deposit. Bad management. Rude and disrespectful to their clients. At the first meeting they would treat you VIP but once you’ve signed lease will treat you vary bad. Won’t listen you.

Charges $900 on the top of security deposit. DISCRIMINATION with the tenants. Charges different rent for the same unit. Charges 1200$ from one person and 1600$ for the same 2 bedroom from another person. Very OLD apartment. Never recommend to anyone. You will be stuck for 1 year. Think before you decide to go there.
