Best Apartment building in Canada

J	James Allard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a furniture mover and I have done 2 move ins at these apartments. I give three stars because 1. They do not give their tenants an elevator key when they move in which makes the mover alot longer than it needs to be I am actually waiting for the elevator right now on a job. 2. They do not have a designated loading zone so I either have to block someone in or park in handicapped parking.

They tried to tell me I never paid my damage deposit (which I obviously did to move in) and have been unpleasant to deal with.

The property is always clean. Our move in was fast and easy. With the park just up the street for the kid, in suite laundry , great neighbors and the list goes on and on..... what more could we ask. I am looking to be here for a while with my little family. Thank you Taylor for helping us find our new home at Luna at Aurora.

The stalls outlets have been out of service since end of November, just as the temperatures started reaching -30. The company’s comment above is inaccurate, the parking outlets have NOT been repaired yet as of January 29th. I will be giving this regional manager a call. Kevin

Despite several calls, emails to istall (parking provider at Lyra Gate), and in-person complaints at the Devereaux office, nothing has been fixed. It is very stressful as it has been -25 or below every day for the past 2 months, and it is pure luck that my car starts in the morning because it cannot be plugged in. They charge 40$/month for scramble parking yet their outlets don’t work. I keep being told electricians are working on it, with no temporary solution or a reduction in rent. Who will he covering the Uber rides to work when the car doesn’t start? Their answer « sorry about that, and have a better day ok? Thanks for calling ». The property manager told me a month ago that they had contacted istall, and they were waiting on them. It feels like no one is pushing for this issue to be fixed. This place deems to be luxurious but the service sure is not! An outlet is such a basic amenity in Winnipeg with the temperatures we get!

Aliyah was helping me with my parents’ move and she was very helpful from the start. Aliyah along with her colleagues Angela and Taylor have been responsive and have been great to speak with. You’re never made to feel like you’re bothering them. My parents called in a few maintenance requests just days after moving in and they immediately addressed them! We’ve been very impressed so far! Thank you Luna staff! ?
