Picking up prescription meds in the pharmacy is always delayed.

Worst service at any Shoppers Drug Mart I’ve been to. The pharmacy never has your medication ready on time, dispensing fees that seem to change every time I come in (even though my insurance hasn’t changed in years), rudeness from the employees in the pharmacy and grocery, employees that ignore you and then look annoyed when you ask them to help…. It goes on and on. If any managers are reading this we visited on Tuesday, August 10 at 10 pm. Store was not busy so service should have been prompt and friendly. Moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I do not write reviews often since everyone is entitled to an off day but this location is just brutal.

Have been shopping and receiving prescriptions filled at this location since 2006. Never issues, excellent staff in all areas of the store.

Im disappointed in the fact they cut down their picture printing machines. Now there is only 1. Im currently in a line up for printing pictures. Like seriously this is b.s for 24/7 Shoppers, not happy about crayola markers being $5.99 either thats such a rip off since dollarama and dollar tree have it for like 1.25 or so. On a positive side I do like the fact they have a large selection of stuff available.

Only have dealt with pharmacy and they are very rude and condescending. I’ve been a client for over 4 months and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the pharmacy gets my order(s) wrong, and when I inquire as to why, they talk to me like I’m 8. They really don’t look out for you like the huge signage says. I’ve been to 3 different SDR Pharmacies and this is by far my absolute worst experience. **UPDATE** - I have called 1-800-SHOPPERS at least a dozen times to raise this issue, but I can NOT reach anyone every time I called!!!

I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy, After speaking to a pharmacist, confirming that they received my prescription, I asked for it to be ready the following day, in the morning, they confirmed that it would be. I came in the shoppers pharmacy to get it, and they said they have no recollection of it ever being sent! And that they have no idea about it. And while I'm standing in line, I over hear the pharmacist talking to an old man, about how sorry they are that they mis counted his pills. I understand mistakes happen but this "losing a prescription" has happened more then once to my particular prescription.

DO NOT have your parcels sent here because someone in the Post Office is stealing items out of the parcels! I picked up my Amazon parcel on Wednesday and when the postal clerk handed it to me it was already opened! A phone case was missing from the bag. I have pictures and a signature from the clerk that witnessed the opened package. She was very young and very untrained obviously. She called an older woman that kept repeating to me that she had nothing to do with the Post Office, she was just helping the clerk out. The young girl took my phone number and told me the "Supervisor" Debra would call me. She called the next day and before I could ask that was going on in the Post Office she told me that no one had stolen anything out of the parcel. Pretty fast assumption I think. I asked her to review the cameras tapes. She refused. She told me to call Amazon but I told her that any Postal Outlet must scan packages when they arrive and obviously no one is going to accept an opened parcel and be liable for it. It is not Amazon's fault here. Someone in the Post Office is a thief and nobody is doing anything about it. I left a message for the Owner to call me but she has not returned my call. Does she not care about the customers? So I launched a complaint with the Head Office Canada Post. They will be INVESTIGATING the theft and the Supervisors refusal to find out who stole my phone case. Edit, May 26/2022 The owner, Melody finally called me a week later. Two separate workers had taken down my phone number for her to call me. She made all kinds of excuses on why she didn't get it. Melody also put a response after my review last week to call her. I believe that was just for the public to look like she actually cared. She was of no help at all. She seemed more interested I telling me that she's the Owner of two stores. All I wanted are some answers of what happened to my phone case. She didn't offer to review the tapes to find out who stole my phone case from the opened package. She said she doesn't believe that anyone stole my phone case?? That doesn't even make sense. I wondered what kind of person I was dealing with if an Owner of a business refuses to get to the bottom of what happened in her store . What a joke of an Owner. Another poster had a bad experience with her as well and called this Owner an Overweight Racist. Not a good look for an Owner of a business. I told her I'd like to hear her explanation of what happened to it at her Postal Office. She had no explanation of course. I'll wait for the Head Office to investigate. Very poor customer service at this location. Plenty of other Drug stores and Pharmacies in the area.

Came here with my 1 year old baby for getting photo and saw the Board saying that digital available. Waited half an hour for the employee and took picture. At the end I was told that there is no digital. First complaint is wrong information on the board and wasted our time. I had my USB but was told I have to buy new USB to give digital. I was told to pay for digital and physical copy and need to buy USB to give digital. Employee named Dan wasn’t providing good service and was rude. Worst service and not customer friendly. Miscommunicated what happened with the manager. I won’t recommend this shoppers to any one.I will be putting this in other social media platform too.
