Gondola Pizza made and delivered its first pizza in Winnipeg in 1964. Our first restaurant was located at the corner of Oakenwald Avenue and Pembina Highway and we’re proud to say we’re still operating at the same site. Because of limited space, the commissary was first set up in the basement and the main floor restaurant became a convenient testing ground for our newly developed recipes.
“With a commitment to homemade quality, we created the world-famous Incomparable Original Thin Crust” pizza. Soon after, we developed our delicious pasta and rib dinners, which are still made using the original recipes.
To this day, Gondola Pizza takes pride in its long-standing traditions of exceptional quality and extraordinary service. We’ve grown from humble beginnings in Winnipeg to being Manitoba’s first choice in pizza, pasta, ribs, chicken wings, salads and so much more.
Through all of our years of expansion, Gondola Pizza has remained a locally owned and operated company. Every day, we continue to provide Manitobans with great pizza, good times and life-long memories.

β β β β β Our 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni and the other a Vegetarian was picked up May 19/21 at McPhilips Gondola. When we got home around 6:45pm it was hot BUT had HARDLY ANY MOZZARELLA cheese on either on them. The tops were mostly their red sauce with a few drops of cheese. It was not the normal Gondola thin crust pizza that I have been buying since the 1970βs. We ate a few pieces and put it the fridge.
For late lunch today we out pulled some pieces and ADDED our own mozzarella toppings. What a difference, it was very good.
I think Gondola must have forgotten to put mozzarella toppings on both our pizzas. Shame our dinner was under par.

β β β β β So I've decided to try this place out, without checking the reviews which now I wish I would've. If you like wasting your money this is the place to go. First off I asked for thick I got thin, second some how a hair got into the cooked pizza, and apparently the driver put a hair in it. ? Like really the driver took his time to carefully put a hair into the already cooked pizza, if your looking for a good pizza try a different location. Side note: talked to a worker who stated they were hats when I asked if they wear hairnets, so the hats alone is what he was stating. When I spoke to the manager all of a sudden it was they wear hairnets and hats. Like make up your mind or at least ask your worker what they said before you go and start lying ?.

The honey garlic wings tasted better, but the pizza was dry, hard and couldn't even find many or taste the pepperoni. Cheese was brown, over cooked. Crust was hard and terrible. Not sure their was even any sauce on it.

We waited 3 HOURS for our delivery and when we called the restaurant to check as to when the delivery would be here there was absolutely no empathy towards this outrageous delay. We will definitely not be ordering again from here.

β β β β β Ordered a thin crust Aloha and it was super ?. My Mum ( usually hates thin crust) loved it. Super craveable!! ?
Only miss was the Cinnamon sticks. They were hard and chewy. ?
Pleasant staff and a go to pizza restaurant for my family ?.
A tad pricey, but VERY good. Well worth it ?.

β β β β β We used to order from this location all the time and have had great food. Sadly this is not the case anymore. I ordered 2 pizzas: one xl half cheese and half pepperoni and a medium with the same. The total was $39. When I arrived I saw a sign in the door saying there was a special for an xl for $12 and a medium for $10. When I asked why I was paying double they said it was because I had 2 toppings. When I said I didn't they said it is only for home style crust and not thin. I told them their sign does not say that anywhere. They ignored my answer and kept telling me to pay. I reluctantly did and left. The pizza was cold and hard when I arrived home. Hardly worth anywhere near $40. Not impressed.
