I ordered the triple box that comes with 2 medium pizzas and a dessert. Both pizzas were overcooked and almost burnt. One of the pizzas had chicken and bacon on it.... the chicken on the pizza was SPOILED/SOUR. I will never order Pizza Hut again because of this. Total waste of money. I don't want a credit, because I don't want burnt or spoiled food again. Too bad negative stars aren't possible to give because this location deserves it. Not to mention my order being flagged as delivered online when it wasn't. It took an additional 15 minutes from the original order to have it delivered to my door. OVERALL HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Our other items were okay but the pizza was raw in the middle. Calling the store they said they would remake it "well done" implying that inedible was how their product usually came. My advice: physically call a different location or order from anywhere else in Winnipeg. The Hut was Out Pizza-ed.

Okay, a little long but my kids can wait a bit. So around 7:16pm my app closes and there is no longer a mention of any order on the app. So I am a little concerned and I called the store, no answer. Tried again, someone answered and it was a phone rep from the pizza hut location. They assured me that my order would get done. Apparently they have not even started it at this point. She guarantees I will get my order made and delivered in the next 30 minutes. So I am mad, but figure 7:45pm is not that bad. Well... I did not receive my order until 8:45pm, I ordered it 3 hours previous. I had given up and made my kids frozen pizza. If they just would not have lied and told me it was going to be 3 hours for an order, I would have just picked it up. The pizza was overcooked and I threw 90% of it away. Will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN.

I ordered a Half cheese half Hawaiian with another all Canadian and large bread sticks. I came back after not being allowed to use the washroom. I understood that rule due to Covid. So I had no problem going next door. I came back and the other cashier was going to charge me after paying for the order already. I insisted that I did and later on the previous cashier showed up. She remembered that I paid. I left promptly and went home. Well I got Half cheese half Canadian without the bread sticks. I didn't get charged it anyways. Point is this place needs to work maintaining quality and a bit better service.
