R	Raymond Van Santen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years in a row I’ve dropped off my taxes and when I go to pick them up no one will go over them with me and I do request that someone does. I really don’t trust that H&R does a good job, and I’ve been using them since I was 18. I won’t be giving H&R my business anymore, this year they literally tried to rush me to sign off on them, I had to ask if someone was reviewing my return with me - even though they knew it that was what I wanted upon pickup. I expect much better from you guys, even more so when you charge a arm and leg to do my taxes! (Over $450).

T	Tony Schaefer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using HR Block for years. I like that they kept the drop-off service option, very helpful. I dropped off my tax documents on a weekday around 9:00 am. Filled out a two page simple agreement. Got a call from them around 3:30 pm notifying me that they finished my return and that I could come pick it up anytime. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy, also a nice return. Thanks!
t	trick guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!!, It's my first to have my taxes done at H&R block today , I did a drop off and they called once it's ready. They told me about the total cost, Came back spoke with the lady at the front desk. She said my total is cheaper than what is provided to me on the phone. Then she offered me their peace of mind coverage for 14.99 i told her I don't want it. Then someone from the back came up to the lady at the front desk and told me that it is added on my order. What they did is that they added the 14.99 right away to my bill without even specifying or informing me. BEWARE make sure that you read what you are signing . The lady named Renu charged me , without my consent. She is very rude too, so as the woman at the front desk. Definitely poor customer service skills and I paid too much to get my taxes done. Even her co-worker who is working at the front agreed that what they done to me was WRONG. And to add up Renu even told me that i better not claim as a WORK FROM HOME for it will cost me $300.00 for her to do my taxes
