โ โ โ โ โ Chatime still good as usual. Good service. The brown sugar pearl with fresh milk really goes well with the hazelnut chocolate milk tea. I recommend to drink at the same time.

โ โ โ โ โ I come to this location once in a while to get my daughter's bubble tea and for myself sometimes. Usually the service is good. Whoever the guys are working there they are great. However today there was a young female working. It's Saturday Feb 19 2022 at 245. I was waiting behind a skip driver and 2 people. Ok so skip was a big order. Not a big deal. Then she served the first set of ppl and made me and another wait while she made another large order. There was no other skip driver around. After about 10 or 15 mins she's finally serving the guy in front of me which is how I figured out she was doing skip or something. I left at this point. This doesn't seem like very good customer service to leave two people waiting while you make a large order without even saying anything to them about what's going on. Very disappointed with the service today. Either there needs to be a second person helping her or she needs to organize how she does things with skip better when people have been waiting for a while in store.

โ โ โ โ โ There's still more than 30 minutes before closing time, but still they didn't confirm my order through doordash. Then my dasher called me and the guy from Chatime told me there's nothing more I need to order. Why would you even tell me that when it's already late? It's just so frustrating knowing that you waited for nothing. You guys should have cancel the order instead of leaving it hanging through door dash or might as well call the customer like every other store , they call us when our order is not available to let us know. I feel bad for the dasher who went there for nothing because you guys don't care.
That's why Chatime is always my last option from getting milk tea. Always bad experience from them!?

โ โ โ โ โ Milk teas are usually decent, but the wateriness and lack of boba firmness is holding them back. Bobas have been consistently mushy lately and the tea watered down. not great. I'm back to panda as my regular place.
I saw someone else said they turned down phone orders and refer to app ordering. Had this happen to me as well.
Staff are usually nice and patient in person.
