★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office is as straightforward and quick as you would expect. Staff were quick but a little cold. That's okay, downtown can be a bummer some days. Please be kind downtown, even if it means holding the door open for someone who slammed it shut on you. Thats strength.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a place to spend your money. The owner here doesn't care about the mistakes their employees(more specifically a manager) make. Even when those mistakes cost someone extreme amounts of stress and anxiety, all while being in the limbo of $600 dollars for who knows how many days. Will only say "sorry" and will not make sure employees are refreshed to ensure the same mistake doesn't happen again to someone else. Especially when I said that is the outcome desired. I do not want an apology, I want to know other people will not go through this. This is not an establishment that handles situations appropriately. You're better off supporting literally any other shoppers drug mart location. It is clear this location is about profit, not customer experience and satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried consulting with a pharmacist about finding a zinc product for children and she acted clueless to what zinc is. She made it seem like it was unheard of until I told her that I see online that there are such products out there and that I am aware that children 4-6 are allowed 5mg a day. She pulled out a multivitamin for children to say that there is no zinc listed as to prove something? I looked at another and see that there was zinc listed, in fact I ended finding one that has 3mg of zinc. In the end she says to me that she doesn't think that it would be helpful which actually goes to show she didn't want to be helpful. If you want customers to return maybe try not to belittle them in trying to make them feel stupid especially when a customer knows what they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office staff is rude and does not guide the customer. My experience with them was pretty bad also they denied to give my parcel and misguided me. They don't know the policy of their post office company just ruining their company names. For sure not gonna use Canada Post after this experience.

I used to like this location's pharmacy but due to having workers and security guards following me I have decided to take my business elsewhere. As a black person being followed around is not new and it has happened five times at different times of the year no matter what I wore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female cashier is rude and doesn't know how to provide any decent customer service. Also the manager Ram is ignorant and rude with no customer service skills. Now for the actual location and store....Well there is constant thefts and fights that make this store very unsafe and dangerous to visit. Drug addicts and drunks always coming in and out, asking for drugs or trying to sell you something. This store is a joke with no real security. Do not Visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any "manager" who sends someone spending 100 dollars out the door is not at all doing his job. It's not like people are spending in there, so why turn away a customer.
He was aggressive, mean, and has major personal issues. He has the power to make or break that store. Staff and the mad management treats this location like it's the the thunderdome.
This excuse for a manager followed me out into the mall to harass me instead of guide me back in so he could complete the purchase?
If the staff cannot help a customer complete a 100 dollar transaction, then the staff doesn't care about the job description either.
What I witnessed was an absolute comedy of errors, from the thug security guard, to the tired and angry manager with the lazy staff.
This whole location has lost the game for not maintaining savvy when under pressure. If I was the owner I'd overhaul this whole store before the staff puts it under.
Keep your self checkouts and lazy staff who make fun of people.
