No help very rude demeanor. Then I watched it happen to someone else a elderly woman came in asking for face cream and the lady walks up to her saying what do u want . Very rude customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to shoppers and I visited the makeup section where an employee named Jane gave me a dirty look as I walked past her. She didn't offer to give me assistance and I went to self checkout instead. Overall Bad energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worker today on a Friday yet insinuated and impeded in a rude and adverse manner and gives me a hard time when he feels he needs to, and i’m not impressed at all. This type of behaviour to some rubs off as racist and seems biased. Hire people that understand and help without accusing of not taking full responsibility when it comes to something someone actually needs like puffers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm done with this shoppers. Earlier this week the pharmacy dispensed the wrong dosage of medication for someone in our household which made the prescription ineffective and extended the illness causing more stress and frustration for us. Today I had to go make a purchase there for a medical product that only shoppers carries and once again no checkouts were open even though the only cashier in sight was yaking on the phone behind the till while she directed me to the self checkout. I am not an employee and should not be forced to work for Shoppers when I need to purchase something only they sell. I hope to see my paycheck in the mail soon from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to return items and rebuy them coz I bought from different store and i forgot to use my pc optimum card. The lady staff I talked to , looked at my receipt, laughed and said you have to go back to that store. how rude is that!!!? I asked nicely! Whats funny about that.!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to renew my prescription and because i had 2 pills left they said i had to wait. Just as a winter storm is coming. The 2 girls laughed with each other when i said i was getting it before the storm..but no i had 2 pills left they said i can come in to get them.. i am 54 y/o i am not a drug attic but i was treated as one. Now i am without my meds and can not get to the pharmacy because of the snow.. they made me feel like im a drug attic and i cant have my meds till they totally run out. Now im out and no meds. I dont think it is funny to not have them. I guess i need to change pharmacies..very disappointed i cant get my meds. Very rude girls. I should be aloud to pick up my meds before i run out so i dont go without them.
