S	Speuce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYERS BEWARE! For the third time in the last 30 days, I've had to argue with the cashiers at the front about the pricing of my items (and be refunded the difference). Rexall is unlike ANY other major store in two ways: Firstly, there is NO screen facing towards you so that you can check that the prices scan in correctly. If theres a problem, you wont notice until AFTER you get your bill. Second, every other major store in Canada (including shoppers and Safeway-just down the street) have a policy that if they scan the item at the wrong price, you get up to $10 off the item (or the item free if it costs less than $10). Rexall DOES NOT have this. They can charge you WHATEVER they want for your items, and even if you catch them the penalty for them will only be to refund you the difference. I would highly recommend that you shop at NoFrills, Safeway, or Shoppers on Henderson instead of this Rexall location. This Rexall has incorrectly priced my items far too many times, and they don't even get reprimanded when you put the effort in to notice. Go somewhere else if you can. Don't let yourself get scammed.

It took the lady about 5-10 minutes to come over and acknowledge us as she was busy doing something behind the counter. She definitely knew we were there too. Not a single “hi, i’ll be right with you!” This place is notorious for their terrible customer service at the pharmacy. only reason why I continue to come here is because it is close to home, otherwise I would go to another pharmacy.

This location does not have any carts or any baskets because the employees are too lazy to clean them for their customers. My partner went there to buy things and got accused of stealing because he had too many items and he put one thing in his pocket to bring to the cashier. The cashier just assumed he stole and accused him and gave him a lecture. Super unprofessional to accuse someone off the hop about stealing. A simple question of do you need help with shopping would of been fine. Im extremely disgusted on how employees act at this location, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, unless you like get accused of stealing when you aren't.
A	Austin Enns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to pick up a package from Canada Post, arrived 15 minutes before they closed, but when I tried to go inside the doors were locked. I made eye contact with a blonde girl when I walked up, and she ran away, and didn’t want to help me. Seems very rude and is bad service to close 15 minutes before advertised online, and at the storefront. Pls do better.

Seems like nobody knows that, though; we were the only customers in the store this Sunday evening. They carry a few brands of makeup that my other half likes that she can't find elsewhere. Prices aren't great for most items, so we don't shop here often. Lots of parking space available.
N	Neil T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally perfectly good service. Seems to depend when you go though. The last time I was there I waited in line for 15 minutes then decided to leave. I was 3rd in line and by the time I left there were 4 people behind me. The older woman at the counter treated it like a social visit with whoever was at the till. When she saw me going to out my items back she said ' I'll call another cashier'. I said don't do it for me, I'm going somewhere else to get my items. But like I said earlier normally fine service. Occasionally frustrating service.
