Rae was super friendly & helpful, she picked out some amazing selections & styles to try on, I wound up getting 2 pair, they arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Go see the wonderful staff here for all your eye needs!
T	Triple Threat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great services and lovely docs (Dr’s Nana and Marco), but disappointed by what I see upfront in spite of friendly and knowledgeable support staff. The girls seem to be cliquey and gather, excluding some staff, talking smack about others and clients, lying to customers for sales, getting family and friends to boost ratings, etc. It all just seems like a facade. Not the sort of environment I want to expose my children to. I’m hoping a sister location will have better professionalism :)

She was knowledgeable, she explained the choices I had and how they might benefit me, and made the process so easy and enjoyable. Thank-you Rae, I appreciate your time and patience. Dr.Owusu is phenomenal and has really made a difference in my overall well-being over the years that I have seen him. This was a great experience overall, thank-you Prairie Eye Care. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses.

I was interested in a specific style of glasses & by the time I came into for my appointment they showed me to the selection of frames and chose a handful for me to try on. Long story short, the staff was friendly and amazing and made looking for new glasses easy & fun. 10/10 would recommend.

I received good advice and support when picking out my new glasses. I have had my glasses for several months and have not one complaint. I went with the transitions and it was the best advice I could have taken. Thank you to the staff at Prairie Eye Care for making my experience perfect!

He tended to rush and push the prescription result to the front desk. If he really wanted to know if the customer has any question, then he should have been patient and been ready to share his knowledge to answer customer concerns first. Don't understand why there were great comments/compliments for this doctor. What an unpleasant feeling and waste of time.

The staff and docs are all friendly and professional. I like that they take the time to explain the importance of good lenses and the many options available. Prompt in answering calls and very kind in abswering questions. My whole extended family goes. Would highly recommend.
