I was impressed from start to finish with the entire experience; everything flowed smooth and seamlessly from the moment I walked in, to the comprehensive eye testing, to choosing and ordering eyeglasses. I highly recommend Henderson Vision!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff from start to finish was absolutely incredible - friendly, personable, knowledgeable! Great selection of glasses. The eye exam is incredibly efficient, thorough and detailed. Dr Zimmer was amazing!
This should without a doubt be your go to for any eye care needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The ladies at the desk are always so pleasant. Then, Tammy was the one who helped pick the right frames for me. Also I appreciated opinions from Sam and Kelly. I was quite surprised and very happy that Kelly was able to repair my existing glasses after thinking they were not going to be fixed. Dr. Zimmer is excellent. She had the patience to answer all my questions and was even willing to teach me a little about the inner workings of the eye. One last bouquet to the girls that did the tests as part of my exam. Thank you to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was taken in early today and everyone is so friendly, it makes the experience very comfortable. I’ve been going to HVC for more than 30 years and the great customer service keeps me coming back, even though I no longer live in the area. I highly recommend Henderson Vision Centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff at HVC were friendly and looked after me so well. I had not been in for an eye exam for some years and so I appreciated their patience with me. Dr. Chow was excellent as usual. Plus, upon leaving one of the staff tightened-up my glasses and replaced the nose pads...she was a gem. I wish I could have received my new trial contacts that day but they had to order them in ....may take 2 weeks... all's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the office on Friday, waiting for a receptionist, when the family who I assume wrote the review about mask exemptions was there.
The receptionist who spoke with this family was very polite - explaining that the younger children needed masks due to regulations and offering to get them masks (multiple times - right up to when the majority of the family left). I assume that if the children had been identified as mask-exempt that the receptionist would have stopped offering masks.
This seems to be an unfortunate case of poor communication.
In my experience, the staff at Henderson Vision have always been friendly and professional.
