M	Mike Vander Kooy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is not great - much worse than most pizza chains. Asked for cheese sticks, and got some weird, bland unleavened bread wrapped in aluminum foil. Asked for no mushrooms on a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and got a pizza that was covered in mushrooms. Pizza also tasted old. Not hot at all. Lukewarm at best

I live in an apartment and you have to call when you get to the front. Somehow my phone number got changed on my profile so when they came to deliver it and called me, they called the wrong number. Got that straightened out on the phone. Pizza got here about 10 min later. The pizza was cut into triangles and then squares. So I have a bunch of bits of pizza. The crust is rubbery and burnt on the edges. I will never order from this location again!
L	Linda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering from Pizza Hotline for years usually satisfied until the last two times the bread sticks were not cooked completely this time the pizza lacked toppings and again not cooked thru nor were the cinnamon sticks. Also I tried your boneless wings a while back and we really enjoyed them so we ordered them again and they turned out to be chicken nuggets which I didn’t order. So I hope you can get me to stay I ordered on a slow night and got a shoddy order so when I ordered on Super Bowl Sunday I still got a bad order. So now what? L
N	Nomadic Moons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location of Pizza Hotline is consistently good. Decent amount of toppings (though a bit less the last couple months), but they do a great job. One time I ordered with a different sauce (I’m autistic and have a strange pizza order, so it’s recognisable), and they called to make sure I meant to put that other sauce. I thought that was very sweet of them.

It took 5 minutes just to get my address listed and then tells me "the everything" doesn't exist! When I just got a flyer for it in the mail last week!!!!! You guys need to step up your service because at this rate I'm never getting pizza here again.

After mistakenly not paying online and speaking with 4 dfrnt csr's and a mgr- they still would not call me back when they said they would, did not once offer a discount, and took 4 phonecalls to let me know they were having technical difficulties. Okay, then why not tell me that off the get-go, instead of wasting and hour and half of my time and making me feel stupid or at fault?? Terrible ppl running this business right now.

The sun-dried tomato is way better than other tomato toppings, usually get that with some meats. The pizzas were both made well during the day and after midnight, service was good as well
