K	Kiran Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my haircut today with Christine... she just chopped off my hair even I told her that I want her to cut only an inch and just fix my layers.... she ruined my hair..my appointment was at 11 am n she started doing my haircut right away when I reached there n I was at home by 11:35 n I live in Inkster area n you can imagine how much time she had spent on me.... m crying right now after seeing my hair..she did not even washed my hair before doing a haircut n did not give a damn to brush n style my hair after the haircut...following the haircut she just sprayed my hair with some curl spray n took me to the counter to pay.. I had my first haircut at this salon by Elyssa she even style my hair n told me that styling is free...she did a great job n gave me a haircut I wanted even though I wasn't happy with the color she did but the haircut was awesome... But at this time Christine just chopped off my hair from behind n did not did anything with the hair at front...u can see in the pictures that both sides of hair at front aren't even equal n I cannot see any layers in my hair.. she just made my hair thin by just chopping off a bunch of hair from behind...even I could do such haircut at home by myself.. so what's the purpose of going to a professional n getting RIPPED OFF ….NEVER GOING BACK..FED UP NOW. even CANCELLING my Hair TOUCH UP Appointment with them.

The girl (one with purple short hair) was very nice but she assured me I was going to get the results I wanted. She did not understand the assignment. She told me if the curls are still too tight, that I could just straighten it with a flat iron myself before my event (like why did I even come here if I'm going to do your job). Waste of $50. I didn't complain to her up front so here we are on google review - lesson learned.

L	LJ Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appt for my daughter to get a trim. She’s 7. When we got there, the woman was working alone dying someone’s hair and made us wait over 30 MINUTES!! We just sat there and I had no idea she was the one we were seeing, (owner?) she didn’t greet us and say she was gonna be awhile. I was NOT happy. My 11 year old son kept asking me what was going on and taking so long and I said I had no idea, and she was standing right there and didn’t acknowledge what she heard or say “it’ll be 20 more min”. Daughter’s trim took MAYBE 10 min. Don’t DOUBLE book appts if you’re the only one working!! Not going back.
L	Lisa V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unfortunately used this salon twice. I believe in second chances . Big mistake. Unprofessional service. Unfriendly, rushed, obnoxious aesthetician. Burnt my eye brow, had scab for a week after. Second tint and wax, there was absolutely NO COLOR. Eye brows stinging. I will not be going back. I wanted to like it, but just can’t. Get professional, friendly workers who know how to do their jobs please!

I used to just go to a barber shop to get a haircut, but I decided that I should try something new. Well, I am so glad that the new place was Buffie and Co! I had a photo of what kind of idea I would like to do and Buffie had no problem making my hair look and feel amazing! The prices are very reasonable. Not much different than the barbershop, but you get a wonderful scalp massage/wash!
