Fusion Health and Wellness was established to create an environment that promotes and supports a holistic healthy lifestyle. With the belief that no single modality can lead to a healthy lifestyle on its own, but that it takes a fusion of multiple modalities and approaches to achieve true health and wellness. Fusion Health and Wellness offers the Winnipeg community Massage Therapy, Cupping Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy™ and soon to be Acupuncture.
We are located 2 minutes south of Chief Peguis trail at 1110 Henderson Highway.

I am a 40-year old recreational runner and recent finisher of the 2015 NYC Marathon. Training for the race brought with it a fair share of aches and pains. David got to know my trouble spots and was able to customize each of my appointments to focus extensively on these areas. In the last couple of weeks leading up to the race, when a tight quad was causing me knee-pain and threatened to sideline me, he even let me borrow his foam roller and massage stick to help get me to the start line. His online booking system makes it extremely easy to find the appointment that works best for you. Highly recommended!
