Plus, the process is quite speedy! Manpal is very quick to respond with a quote, and once the printing starts, I can always expect the project to be finished and ready for pickup for the next day. Gentleman was very helpful in completing forms for package being shipped to USA, and suggested the best economical service first. Store aesthetics not great.

Literally takes 15-20 minutes to pick up a package everytime. The man who’s always working goes to find my package and every single time he comes back and reminds himself that Stewart is my last name and Zoe is my first name. I mean I’d understand a misunderstanding once but I’m talking like at least 5 times he reads my name wrong off of my MB drivers license.

Worst service. Waited for one hour just to take printout and even he was not able to print the documents accurately. Then he said I don't know how to print it and my graphic designer is not here. That was his answer after one hour wait. Really bad experience.

Cam, the store owner was extremely kind and patient in helping me resolve some shipping issues I had. I had no problems and overall it was very pleasant. To address all the reviews about it being slow, I personally felt like everything was prompt but even if it is slower than average are you really going to travel to a further UPS store? Effectively it's going to take the same amount time because you have to travel further but you'll also waste gas.

I don't know how to even begin. Parcel was apparently delivered but was actually sent to this address. I had to call in to complain about the package missing and they told me that I can pick it up here even though I was not left a packing slip. I told them I would pick it up and hold it. I went to pick it up and the clerk said that the driver was going to re- deliver the next day. No package and apparently the ups guy over the phone said that the guy at the counter didn't even know if it was going to be delivered. This next guy told me that the package would show up on Monday. Well it's Monday and no package. Apparently the new person I called told me that I need to be contacted from a special department to make arrangements for my parcel. So many lies. Thanks UPS
