★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my girlfriend dropped our taxes off on the same day, I got a call mine were done the very next day. My girlfriend has now been waiting nearly a month for her taxes and she's called numerous times and they keep "re confirming" her address which is the same as it was last year when we brought them. Then yesterday I got to pick mine up with her and she asks and she's told it'll be ready today mid day, she calls around 3 and they say no it'll be ready a week after drop off and she tells them it's been nearly a month and they hang up the phone on her. Very unprofessional and incompetent people who work here if they can't do someone's taxes and keep delaying it.
