Superb! I had the graphic design team design my album art for me and print all of my CD inserts. They couldn't have turned out better! Great team of problem solvers and creatives!

While the staff member was very helpful, I was shocked to learn that the rate quotes I recieved online were $20 and $40 more than what they were able to offer in store. I even did an online quote on my phone in the store using the exact same measurement criteria that the employee was using and it was at least 30% cheaper online if I print my own waybill. Apparently UPS has a project underway to bring the instore prices closer inline to the rates available online. However until they complete that, ship online and save yourself a lot of money.

I ship packages all across North America and these guys are the best I like to have someone else do the worring as soon as I have a tracking number my customer has it as well and I'm done.

Ups on Regent is the best place for all printing needs! I had custom standing banners created here for a convention and the quality, along with graphic design exceeded my expectations. Bart is always great to work with!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the incredibly helpful staff at this location, they are so accommodating and willing to help in any way they can. And very a special shout out to the young guy that helped me carry a heavy and awkward parcel into the store without hesitation..my back thanks you!

I've been using a different UPS location for my daily shipping, however I recently used this location for only two weeks due to temporarily moving to the area. I have had more bad experiences here than I have had at any other location, and the staff here are unprofessional to say the very least. The initial impression was poor, which when I came to pickup my package, they scanned someone else's package instead and gave it to me. Besides numerous other issues which I won't bother mentioning, they lost another package worth over $300 a few days after because they forgot to scan it. Then they mentioned that its a common issue and it happened to other people too. It's not hard to believe that packages get lost here so frequently, because their store is an unorganized mess. Then, when I tried to make an insurance claim for the lost package, they refused to accept liability for it, which resulted in my claim being denied. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer and I will never be doing business here again.

This location owner is being very rude to their customers plus employees do not have enough experience of the customer service regarding how to treat their customers. My package was lost from morethan 7 days and still this store did not got it. When they got it they said it did not arrived yet A fake responses reflect in losing money on that package. UPS PLEASE WORK ON DRIVERS ACCESSIBLE. ALSO STORES NEED TO WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER VALUATION AND SERVICES.
