I dont know how this place considers itself a "walk-in". I came first thing in the morning when no one is around other than the 2 moa and she said they're not taking walk ins anymore.. disregard all the paid positive comments this place received.

I went there for my elbow and sore back. Doctor took time to check everything out, told me the elbow will take a few days (it's been 3 weeks now that it's been hurting) and for my back they wanted to make me an appointment for a ct-scan. That was over 2 weeks ago. I never got a call. I tried following up by calling in but I've just been put on hold for 10+ minutes and then I got tired of it and hung up. I have to leave work early today to walk in so they can't put me on hold. But that's the last time I'll enter this clinic. Definitely never going there again. Can not recommend. Update : It's been 5 weeks now. Still haven't gotten a call back for my appointment ct scan for my back... Update September: I had my appointment with the hospital for the CT-scan. Did I get any notice from the clinic? No. The hospital called me 2 days in advance reminding me that I have an appointment. I called the clinic 4 times to ask if they already got the appointment they requested from the hospital and every time they insured me that they'd call me once they have an appointment. Now even over a month after I had the CT scan appointment and several phone calls to the clinic they still don't have the results for the scan they were supposed to have for at least 3 weeks. I constantly have to follow up because of the incredible unreliability. Yesterday I called and they told me to call the clinic for them, that would save them work. Are you serious? Of course the answer from the hospital was: only the clinic is able to request the results. I called the clinic again and they told me they'd call me the day after to inform me. Again, no call received. Still no results.

I call walk in clinic at 120, no answer. I wanna see if it's a good time to come in. I call again I get an answer followed by a quick hang up. I decide to show up in person since phone " isn't working". 5 receptionists sitting at front looking at their nails. I see why they don't answer the phone. I ask if I can have a walk in appointment apparently 2 pm is way too late for this! They turn me away with a look of disgust, like I was crazy to ask such a question!

My thumbnail was swelling due to something went inside with too much pain. Doctor didn’t gave any prescription and instead gave me tetanus shot. Since then I am getting continuous hiccups for more than 24 hours

The site says they are open but when you get there there is sign on the door saying you have to call for an appointment. I tried to call while watching three MOAs sit behind the reception desk. No one answered but one finally waived me inside. I asked how to get in to see a doctor. She said I had to use the website booking form. Can't help but wonder if this kind of run-around, jump through the hoops, process is one of the main reasons reason emergency rooms are filled to overflowing right now.

Went in for a walk in and had to deal with this nonsense. The website boasts about how accessible their healthcare is and yet they completely block off the access to the automatic door button, and use the accessible counter as storage and promotion space. The counter is literally taller than me in my wheelchair. The receptionist could barely be bothered to lean over the desk to speak to me, she only talked to my fiancΓ© and acted like I wasn't there. They won't take appointments over the phone, come in for a walk in, and they say they're full but can make me an appointment tomorrow, so you apparently can't make an appointment on the phone but can make it after I've spent $15 to get here? Now I've got to waste more money going back and forth from the clinic. Truly terrible service. Oh, and the auto door is either broken or turned off. The inner button can actually be reached, but does nothing. Apparently you're just not welcome if you're in a wheelchair.

had an appointment at 12 yet they made me wait an extra hour after my appointment. the walk in dr insisted I had strep and made me take a test knowing I didnt have any symptoms even after I expressed concerns about having tonsillitis. did not give me medication or anything to help aside from a mouth wash. they also told me they would be in contact about the forced test results and they never called me back even after I had left a message on 3 separate occasions. worst clinic ever

My wife and I received wonderful care from Dr. Wu of this clinic since a year ago. He is a great doctor. It can be difficult to get through the phone of the clinic. But we are able to schedule appointments via the online system.
