★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, booked first appointment three weeks in advance, appointment date arrives - no show! So I called to see if they were running late, tech said he was sorry but they were overbooked very apologetic. Re-booked three weeks later. Same result, no call so again I called they had no record of my appointment but remembered my call. Call someone else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason they're getting 1 star is because thats as low as it goes. They deserve none! Most unprofessional company I've dealt with. Bill was quick to defend his employee and dismiss the fact that he was being rude to the customer, because he couldn't find the address. Like it's my fault he can't find the darn house?? Unreal. Even after they said Thursday, they weren't able to come until Saturday! Don't waste your time with them, call someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and ordered a part, and they scheduled install for the following week. Bill called and kept me informed, and came when they said they would.
however, the installer didn't come prepared to fix the washer, and was going to leave and reschedule. he did come back with the right tools and with the proper tools they fixed our washing machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have personally purchased four preowned appliances from Bill at Wagner's over the last 3 years. The latest, a dryer, had an issue that cropped up within the 30 day warranty. They promptly sent a tech to our home. It needed a part that was ordered and installed within a week and it is now performing well.
I would definitely return for our new or used appliance needs.
