Office management followed up and the three experienced installers were on time, professional, and left my home looking spotless. They did such a great job I am going to have the back sliders replaced by them too.

Over the winter there was no noticable draft or cold coming through anywhere; I'm used to holding my hand near a window in the winter and feeling the cold radiate through it, but not with these windows. Some of them are massive and they still completely seal out the temperature change. From the window cranks to the giant sliding doors, all the mechanicals are very solid and smooth, and effortless. We had to request two minor service calls, completely expected after a new installation and through a few seasonal temperature changes, and we were taken care of immediately. Their technician Denny was fantastic and took care of our problems quickly and expertly. Their service team is great, but Denny is the cream of the crop and makes Westeck just that much better!

We had an issue with a tilt in or open window. Westeck was very responsive to help resolve the problem. Westeck provided great communication and service. Linda provided timely updates on parts and coordinating service schedules very well. Onsite work by Denny and Mateo was very good as they were able to trouble shoot and resolve the issue. I met a sales person in store and after sending a few emails with measurements requesting quotes and not hearing back I continued looking elsewhere. After a few months, I decided to try again as their showroom doors and windows were my favourite out of all the places I've visited. I'm glad I did because my salesman, Raihan, was amazingly helpful. He was prompt to reply to my emails and courteous with the 100s of questions I had. Their prices are on par with competitors, the quality of their product is outstanding, and above all, they are MADE IN CANADA(super important for us). Their patio doors are the best. We redid all our windows and doors on the first floor with Westeck and next year we plan on redoing our top floor windows with them also. We've noticed a considerable difference in heat retention over the winter. The delivery guys were a delight to deal with and everything was very well packaged upon delivery. We did our own install so I cannot comment on installation technicians.
L	Laurie Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Westeck windows including three sliders installed in our home when it was built in 2017. We simply LOVE the way the windows slide so effortlessly. One finger to open and close. Additionally, when you lock the sliders the mechanism puts pins in the top and bottom of the doors. This added security is great comfort! Denny and Tom from Westeck's service team attended our home to provide service on the frame around a couple of our windows in our den. We also had them service the a screen that had started to tear away from the side, replace a couple screen door pulls and fix a bend in one of the screens in our suite. Denny and Tom were friendly and professional when they completed our repair requests. They also lubricated the three sliding doors while they were here. We are very happy both with the quality of the windows/sliders as well as the quality of the work their service team provides.
