He was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions...having never purchased a furnace before, he was very understanding. Once we made the choice to go ahead, we had out new furnace installed within days. The installers were so polite and careful. They did an immaculate job with the install and the clean up. The whole process went very smoothly for us. Thank you~the Williams family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shortly after 4:30pm on a weeknight, we were informed that there was a gas leak and the gas company shut off the gas. As some may have experienced, this leaves the home owner to find a solution. Find someone who answers the phone and can help. At this point, our grandchildren and mom were out of the house. We made a list and started to make some calls. Jason from W J Barnes called us back within minutes and was able to attend the home within 30 minutes. He fixed the leak and the gas was tuned on. The costs for the repair were very reasonable. W J is fair, responsive and professional. Truly, understands customer service. Thanks Jason - appreciated! I would recommend W J Barns for any service they offer.
