★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Alex C. come to our home to do a quote for the AC and Furnace. She was amazing to work with and was very informative. She made sure we were happy with what we were getting and that we made the right choice sticking with reliance. She even came back to answer any questions that my husband had because he was at work when she came the first time. She was very nice, always had a smile on her face and tried really hard to find us the best bang for our buck. Thank you Alex! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service man arrived just within the time arranged and was frankly amazing in his planning and execution of the water tank replacement and the necessary upgrades to bring our old water heater system up to code. Rarely have we seen such an organized service. He replaced only what was needed and we are pleased with the new system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiago was friendly, knowledgeable, and sold product without being pushy. The installers were courteous and on time, and incredibly clean upon completion. We had our water filtration, hot water tank, and furnace/ac all done within 3 days, and we couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and communication. Not once did we feel intruded on or the classic "over sold, under delivered"... We'd recommend these products to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our water heater was not working as good as before. I called for it to be serviced. The tech (Jason) called before arriving. Accessed our water heater and recommended it be replaced (19 years old). He replaced the heater in no time. With a similar product. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. There was zero disruption in the home while he changed out the heater.
Thank you for your service. I would definitely recommend Reliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reed came out to go over a.c options. He was super professional and informative. He answered all my questions and made my day! Less than a week later Marty and his team member (sorry can't remember his name) were AWESOME! They had an old house to deal with and they did the installation with grace and professionalism.. and a few jokes. Which I appreciated. Beyond happy with these 3 .. very happy customer here. Would absolutely recommend Reliance to everyone. (We also had gas leaks and the egniter went on the furnace and that was repaired in a very timely fashion..that team member was also AWESOME as well.) I have had Reliance out on other occasions and I haven't had any issues with any member that I have had here!! They are all fantastic! Thank you guys!! You're the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in the trades and having Dan give me some advice was very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. At this point there is no need for service. However if Dan ever decides he wants to swap careers, I would gladly hire him. A professional trainable employee is a great lucky find, one that is professional and knowledgeable that only wants things done right to keep every customer safe and happy is worth their weight in gold and you hold on to them whatever it takes. Thanks for everything Dan, you will be the first call when I need you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for a representative to come and give me an estimate for a new furnace and AC. I am grateful the company sent Reed Tripp. He was very professional. Reed booked my installation fast and help me to get the best possible price. He set everything up quickly paying great attention to every detail. He checked on the progression of the installation and kept in close contact with me to make sure I was satisfied. When a small bump came up he made sure I was informed of what was happening and kept in close contact. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thanks Reed, you are truly an asset to the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James (Tiago) came out to see us to help us decide on the best solution to replace our furnace and A/C. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond, extending his work day to assist us to make sure we didn’t freeze. He even lent us space heaters to keep us warm overnight!!! And provided us with all the papers we needed for our insurance. I cannot say enough about his amazing customer service. I was truly grateful and beyond impressed!!! Lee who did the original inspection and Mike who replaced the units were also very good, personable and professional. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone based on this service experience.
