★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently called Lambton Climate when I had a no heat situation during a deep freeze. Although they were booked, they managed to get me an appointment very quickly and then make an extra effort to expedite part delivery. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and completely transparent about the whole process. The cost was very fair and easy to figure out with no surprises. In an environment where we have become accustomed to reluctant and unsatisfactory customer service Lambton Climate Care was a pleasant surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technician was a wealth of knowledge and explained everything he did. He remembered the furnace from years ago and tied the work he was doing to examples of work he did for his own house so I could better understand and contextualize what was happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cold night and my furnace wasn't working after hours. Called the after hours number and Doug was on call. Came very quickly, found the issue and repaired. He was very friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend them to anyone with furnace or ac issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and his crew were awesome. My furnace was on it's last legs and they were able to replace it and install a central air unit in a day and a half. The crew did a 10/10 job and were very respectful and polite.
Their prices are very fair, and Mark was not pushy at all when he was doing my quote. He also was able to get me a $250 rebate and informed me of other rebates I could apply for.
I highly recommend Lambton Climate Care.

We are very pleased with quality of work performed. The office kept us up to date on scheduled dates and completed work on time. 5 star
