Kevin came within an hour of calling to replace our old shutoff valve after it began leaking. After using his services for our shutoff valve, we reached out to him for our kitchen and upstairs bathroom issues, for which he was extremely helpful. Being a young couple who may have bit off a little more than we could chew with all the work we have to do on our house, someone could have easily taken advantage of our inexperience. Kevin did the complete opposite, taking every opportunity to help us, even problem solving a light fixture issue for me on his way out! Highly recommend Kevin for his professionalism and genuine desire for us to succeed with our first home.

A	Andy Kheir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Kevin seemed very nice and professional - at first. Used him for a new bathroom and whole home plumbing update. Seemed to have a good grasp on the items and how to tackle. Then, he grossly over-charged for the work in comparison with other plumbers - he was NOT familiar with the widely used manifold system and charged almost double what it should have cost. Left all finishing items incomplete and would not respond via text or phone calls. Put in a shower valve on a new shower, but did not buy the corresponding trim kit leaving me to spend hundreds extra to correct. Left rough-ins with no shut off valves at source. Left humidifier feed unhooked and without clip pin. Many many minor defects and a number of major oversights then never responded to complete the project. In the end, I had to find another plumber and spend a lot of money to correct his mistakes and oversights! DO NOT TRUST KEVIN! He talks a big game, but if he ever gets busy, he'll move on without feeling any responsibility whatsoever to you!

I was confident once I got in contact with Kevin as he took time out of his busy schedule to inspect the basement in a very short time span. He made sure that I understood what he was doing by answering all my questions. I was worried that I would not be able to get my sump pumps repaired in time for the rainy week, but Kevin understood the situation and made sure that our basement was safe. He not only fixed all the major issues in only a few hours, but he really went above and beyond by voluntarily making other adjustments to the older laundry and sink plumbing after providing me with an explanation on those issues. I would definitely recommend Kevin because he is very punctual, responsible, and definitely provides quality services at a great price.

Every one was busy which is understandable, even Kevin, but he went above & beyond my expectations to walk me through what I needed to do. He provided me with support on next steps (calling the city, calling Bluewater Power). He took an extremely stressful situation for me and made it simple. He arrived the next day to fix the water meter plumbing, worked with the city, and had my water back on in no time. Local is everything and T&S proves it!
