S	Sean Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do a fine job with their food but this has to be the slowest drive thru in all of ontario every time I come. Actually strike that, without exaggerating it is the slowest I have ever experienced anywhere in my life.

I ordered some original chicken and poutine to commemorate my dad, who passed away and this was his birthday. KFC was his favorite. The chicken was tasteless, no seasoning, soggy and greasy. The poutine was dreadful. From now on I will stick to a Popeyes chicken. I am sure my Dad would understand.

I have yet to receive an order under 15 minutes after paying and 15 minutes has been the best time when no other customers are in sight. I would understand if they were busy but this has not been the case. Also every time my order has been wrong in some way. They are in desperate need of management. Very disappointing.

Long wait times if you are lucky enough to find them open. Sad food. The exterior is never mowed or the gardens kept up. What happened to Kentucky fried chicken? Where’s the pride?
J	Justin Brogden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son to KFC on Colborne after soccer and this is the experience we received….. 1. The food took way too long 2. The young lady at the drive thru window brought the food to me with a phone to her ear and when I went to ask a question she just shut the window and walked away 3. When we opened our food at home we found our macaroni salad to be frozen. I called immediately and was told that it was “impossible” because they don’t freeze it. After a short back and forth I was offered a free macaroni salad BUT was sternly told the offer expired in 30 days. 4. When I got to my twister I unwrapped it to find dead flies on it. See the pic of the 1st fly we found. 5. I called again and the same young lady who was rude to me offered me a free twister. I asked how she thought I could eat any of the meal at all after finding dead flies on it and she became extremely rude and hostile. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager. So I asked to speak to the owner and she responded that she has no idea who that is because they have no contact. Then as the conversation became more heated she told me she was going to talk to her manager…..after saying she was the manager. I called her out on that and she continued to lie and said that I am “misquoting” her. This is an absolutely despicable performance from a health and safety perspective as well as a customer service experience. I will NEVER go again and in my opinion no one else should either.
