M	Mk Monroe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent but the restaurant itself was out of a lot of items. They didn't have any of the hottest hot sauce, a specific drink (can't remember the name) & all of our food came pilled together in a bag when it would normally be served in boxes. However, the food still tasted great.
J	Jessica Dawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start with the pros of my visit: the tacos were hot and tasted good and fresh, also they made a mistake and gave us an extra taco than what we ordered (hopefully we weren't charged for it because she did not out a reciept in the bag) The cons were: the entire ordeal took 14 minutes exactly from order to receiving our food, with no napkins or sauces. The fries were squished together in the container and not hot and were 'soggy' for lack of a better word. The quesadilla wasn't cut (or was barely) so it made it difficult to eat, and the cinnamon twists has barely any cinnamon. The server seemed very rushed and when we hesitated on what drink to get she interrupted us to tell us to just order it at the window. I'll chalk that up to assuming it is very understaffed (also would explain the wait). I think corporate taco bell should do a spontaneous visit to this franchise.
C	Chris Debenham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is still struggling with staffing and speed of service, I only end up getting the food about 30% of the time I visit due to the drive through line being so long (12-15 cars). When the line is reasonable the food is made fresh and average quality for a Taco Bell.
K	Kelsey Guindon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s is good for a Taco Bell and it was exactly what I expected. The fry Supreme was delicious as usual. Pretty much the only reason I come to a Taco Bell. The restaurant itself is super old and dated but I think they are building another one in sarnia within the upcoming year. The staff here is super friendly and the service itself was fast and efficient.
Y	YMG Contracting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time at this location.... Haven't received the right order still.. No HOT sauce still at location... Ask for Mild... RECEIVED NONE I find out minutes down the road.... How hard is it to get what you ask for??!!!

The speaker doesn’t really work very well, so the blame is not entirely on the employees. My friend said his order for the first two people, two boxes and two drinks. Then ordered for the third person, one box and one drink. When we got to the window, the card machine was basically stuck out immediately, which is weird and a little rude. Then our order was given to us, two drinks and two boxes. We asked where the third box was, the staff seemed extremely confused and flustered. I think they just squished the same food into a different box. There was at least three employees working on this, all quite confused. We didn’t end up getting the food, nor was it on the bill, thankfully. Not sure what was going on there. Maybe it was the speaker.

The first was completely not our order, the next time we got no hot sauce when we ask for extra. The last time ever going there they didn't give us one full meal box. We will stick to London Rd friendly fast and get orders correct.
