★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly slow drive-thru. Drinks are made well however. I just wish they were quicker. I appreciate the few that the window that engage with people but that really does slow down the service… we just want our drinks….

Issue: they have so many options this location doesn't have them all or even many of them (you can see on moblie app)
Also the worst times i find to go is 11:15am - 1pm (lunch times) very busy.
Yes this is more expensive then tims, but you can find more combinations and you craft your coffee (or non coffee) drinks more than tims. Like lactose free, add nutmeg (really good) all times of year.
Drink: double chocolate chip frappauccino blended cream (lactose free) no whip.

EDIT- had to knock them down a star because the last 2 times I went they messed up my drink royally. Don't enjoying paying a fortune for a beverage I didn’t want ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love any chance to get to Starbucks. They always made great coffee and their service was always phenomenal. But lately the service is horrible. It's not the staff's fault but when I'm waiting 15, 20 minutes after I've ordered a coffee, we'll, I don't have time for that. The problem seems to be that there are 3 lines, in store, drive-thru, and mobile order, but the stores only designed to serve 1 line at a time.
