★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work there are really nice. But the prices are getting out of hand. The picture below shows the large poutine ($6.79). Barely to the middle of the bowl, for the price is disappointing. All the prices for burgers don't include cheese ( its an extra $0.80) for a slice. Taste is good but (price competitively )not sure its worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered drive thru pick up, the line took 15-20mins. By the time I got the food and go home, the food should be still warm, but No! The foods are cold as left overs. The fries are undercooked, burgers are cold and sauses are overflowing! Like what the heck! We love the foods but they're just not well prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a fish combo through skip the dish at Harvey's on London road this is what they sent me after I paid $26.00 for a combo no drink with the combo which was a lemonade and a orange juice and salad worst place disgraceful !! These people should close business or get better workers who take pride in their job ! It doesn't even look like what's on their menu list ! Shame on you people presentation matters in food industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought crispy sandwich and poutine around 11.30 pm drive through and this is the way they serve the food. It’s horrible the sandwiches is burnt and we have to search for the chicken in the poutine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So slow. The drive threw took 25 minutes. Sat still with no cars moving for 13 minutes and once you're in the line, you're stuck. Then when we finally got our order (which was a kids chicken nugget meal) it came in a white, who knows how used, grocery bag. Brutal!!! Never again!!!!
