Loaded fries were delicious, I had filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection, my husband had fish tacos and he said they were very good. A couple of pints of Coors. Price was good for everything we had. Service was great too.

The portions were pathetic for the amount of money we paid and the food was soggy. We called to speak to the manager/owner and he was less than helpful. He offered a "credit" for us to come dine in (although was going to hang up the phone without taking any personal info from me in order to actually honour that credit). We went to dine in tonight and the credit was not communicated to any managerial staff (not surprising) although they did agree to honour it. We waited about 15 mins for someone to finally clean a table off for us to sit at (judging by the mess of a floor in the photo, the top of the table is all they cleaned...barely). We then waited another 15 minutes for someone to just take our order. Overall, we waited 1.5 hours for an app and two very basic mains. They "burned" the first app (as reported by our waiter) which I guess explains the wait?? The waiter was very nice, but overall the service in general is so disorganized. There is one poor waiter working the floor while the managers stand around being disorganized dictators and not helping their floor staff at all when they are clearly behind and struggling. The food is overpriced and underwhelming. Very disappointed with our experiences here. Unfortunately, all of our previous experiences at the Sarnia Chuck's Roadhouse have been horrible as well.
B	Broomhilda Pascuale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly Pleased and mouth watering for a return. Family of four went for dinner before our movie and the steak and lobster was absolutely delicious and my spouse was happy with his Ribs and Wings and Huge Beers that are very reasonably priced. Amazing value for your money.
P	Peggy Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A table of ten for a special birthday, every meal was cold and most were wrong. Chicken tenders no sauce on them. Steak not done as requested, asked for mushrooms not received. Ordered gravy didn’t get. Parmesan chicken cheese wasn’t even melted and cold. 1/2 order ribs was more Like 1/4 slab and ice Cold. Asked for the manager, waited 10 minutes then a gentleman came and apologized the manager just left. How convenient!! We have been to this location 3 times since it came to Sarnia and almost the same situation. The gentleman and waitress apologized for all that happened today. Not their fault but how does the manager have the balls to leave knowing we wanted to talk?!

Tonight was the worst, first off they do not have the scan app as mandated to scan you QR code. We both ordered the 7oz steak. Mine medium/well my husband's medium. When the waitress came she had the wrong steaks, no problem you can have the more expensive one for the same. My steak was done at most medium my husband's was rare. So we sent them back 5 minutes later they came back almost exactly the same. At this point we were done and walked out. We have learned our lesson and will not be back.

They told me it's not their problem and they can assure me that I did receive loaded fries. There's no loaded fries clearly. The manager is very rude and has very little professionalism at all. Very disappointed and I will not be back.
J	Jennifer Mckenney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four of us waited about hour and a half for food. All steaks were overcooked. The bacon wrapped filet mignon was unidentifiable. The were ordered medium rare. My daughter's ribs were so dry and tough they were inedible. On top of that, when we look at our $140.00 bill, they've added a 3 percent fee for what was supposed to be good food. This Honest Goodness Fee was printed in the alcohol menu that we didn't even order from. When the customer is surprised by an extra fee and the server is embarrassed trying to explain it something's wrong.

Food review is according to this particular outlet only as all over Ontario chucks menu is same bt preparations are different in terms of taste. Wings with hot seasoning was very saucy, and too sour. Honey garlic wings were great. 4 stars only because of the staff and due to the atmosphere you enjoy with friends while dine in.
